Worse condition of Punajb Dental Hospital (A bad experience)

If u have a dental problem  then it would be a very difficult work to solve it in the government hospital in Lahore,Pakistan.it is been a long time ,probably ten or more than years i been to Punjab dental hospital where Punjab government ,especially CM Shahbaz Shreef suppose to be giving all facilities to the patients. My experience was very worse ,we have two patients(A and B,I don't want to expose their names  whom have the dental problem which have to be put out according the advice of a first or second year student ,after completing the first procedure of submission fees and other ,we are advised to do xray ,in this section a lot of hassle and bustle and patients are in pain to wait till they have no approach to do in hurry.Our A patient have been refer to 109 room for surgery and B patient have to wait with a great pain because she was  refer to the Nawaz Shreef hospital near yaki gate which  have 15 min drive. The surgery patient could not operate because a large number of patients are wait and have to be quite because a rude attendant was there whom treat the patients as their servants although he should be very polite.
the main problem was for the B patient ,she has to be travel Nawaz Shreef hospital with pain where she has to be wait till her work been done and another alarm was that the timing of the Dr were till 12 noon and a lot of patients were there,it was good luck of B patient that her work done before 12 noon.

The purpose of above all  description  was that the Punjab government facilitate the people but where are the good governance,where are the care of the patients ,Dr should treat their patient with  pain as well as their attendant.Both health and police department are the place where people would like to do their work privately,whom have the price to do so.I try to search that Aristotle who gave the advice to the government to have a department of surgery for wisdom teeth in  Punjab Dental Hospital near Badshahi Mosque rather than in Nawaz Shreef hospital .According  to a source in Nawaz Shreef hospital ,Yaki gate ,"we have three surgery kits for the  hundred of patient".Although i did not find that Aristotle and i know the Platonism of Punjab government.
